REFUND POLICY

FULL REFUNDS are available as stated below:
1: Within 48 hrs of ordering as long as we, (Kosmic Konnection) have not processed your submitted Information and Images.
2: If we have processed your Information and Images, we'll deduct a $10 Processing Fee from your Refund.

*PARTIAL REFUNDS are available as stated below:
1: If we have not received 'Readable' Images or Complete Information:

After 14 Days: $15 will be deducted from the Refund

After 30 Days: $20 will be deducted from the Refund

After 60 Days: $25 will be deducted from the Refund
2: If you have submitted your Complete Information and Readable Images and request a refund:

If we have not started the reading - We will only deduct a $15 Processing Fee.

NO REFUNDS

After we have started your Hand Analysis.

Completed and Delivered your Hand Analysis.

Refunds from our payment provider 'PayPal' are unavailable after 180 Days -

We will still deliver your Completed Hand Analysis, but you must submit readable images. and completed information.

*Partial Refunds are unfortunately necessary because of the costs incurred for processing or time
spent requesting/processing readable images or complete information.
